Buying a home is a major milestone that tops many people’s lifetime to-do lists and it certainly doesn’t have to be a scary or stressful experience. For your convenience, here are the 6 easy steps for a stress free process.

STEP 1

Schedule a tripping by calling or texting us at +63 917 686 4039 or thru email and chat. Tripping vehicle and house viewing assistance is FREE. Seeing the actual house model and location of the project is a must for you to appreciate the project better.

 

STEP 2

Choose your financing and payment terms. After viewing the model houses, have a sit down discussion about the terms and process of payment. Look for a housing loan package that best suits your paying capacity. You can check here for our list of different financing options.

 

STEP 3

Choose your unit and pay the corresponding reservation fee. Select the best location from our Sales Map before paying the reservation fee.

 

STEP 4

Submit requirements in 60 days. We will give you a list of requirements needed to submit within 60 days. Submitting and completing the requirements on time means hassle free processing of your loan. STEP 5

Pay monthly payments. During reservation, you will be given a schedule of your monthly dues. This will start within 30-45 days from reservation date.

 

STEP 6

Move-In to your new house! After full payment of the Downpayment, you will be scheduled to inspect the house. If you’re satisfied with the house, you may now accept it and move in.
